2012 Status Wheels New Return Policy

 
IMPORTANT NOTICE  - As of 11-1-12 Status Wheels (AKA Good Roads Auto System) will implement the following procedures concerning returns of 12 wheels or more:
 

• All returns must have RGA number issued prior to being returned. Good Roads will not accept any delivery without an RGA number attached.
 

• Good Roads will accept any return of 11 wheels or less anytime during the month with approved RGA.
 

• Any return 12 wheels or more will only be accepted the first week of each month. If the return is sent after first week it will not be processed until the next billing cycle the following month.
 

• When the return is received the first week of the month, Good Roads will process the return by the 25th of the month, and apply credit to current statement.
 

• All returns must be accompanied by authorization RGA # and a copy of the original invoice.  Any items returned for stock will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted on special orders or modified products.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

 

Special Orders

No returns or credit will be issued on special order parts.  Any wheel that is 19 inches or larger is considered a special order.  We suggest that if you are attempting a custom fitment,  order a single wheel  to test-fit on the vehicle before ordering the complete set.
 

 

Shipping & Handling

We have the capability to ship special order products:  same-, next-, second-, or third-day service for an additional fee.  Please be sure to inspect shipments and contact the freight company if the merchandise is received damaged.  Do not return damaged merchandise to Good Roads for damage claim unless instructed.  You must contact the delivery freight carrier to process damage claim.
